Lt. Joseph Garrett Scholarship for Criminal Justice & First Responders

The LT. Joseph Garrett Scholarship is for a KCC student studying criminal justice, a first responders in the EMT and/or Paramedic program, or accepted to KCC’s Police Academy. Students can be enrolled as full-time or part-time but must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. This scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, books, required course supplies, uniforms and/or dress requirements. It is a “first dollar” scholarship, meaning it will be applied before any other aid is applied to the student’s account. Preference is given to those with a financial need.
