Lois L. Lane Early Childhood Education Scholarship

Lois L. Brown was born on October 1, 1954 in Charlotte, Michigan. She grew up in Nashville, Michigan and graduated from Maple Valley High School in 1972; her brother and sister also attended Maple Valley High School. Lois attended KCC in 1973, where she met John Lane. They were married in 1978. After graduating from KCC with an Associate of Arts in Behavioral Science, she attended Scarritt College in Nashville, Tennessee, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Welfare. John passed away in 2003; Lois later remarried to Mr. Ross Brown.
